About Premium
How does the free trial work?
You enter your credit card and use Premium for 7 days without paying. If you cancel before day 7, you are not charged. If you do not, the monthly charge of R$ 19,90 begins.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your profile, choose Manage subscription and cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your tree, levels and badges stay. You keep the career you had selected and cannot change it or save others until you subscribe again.
